• Delivery to "Omniva" post offices. Delivery price - 4.00 Eur. Delivery time 1-3 working days. When your order arrives at the terminal you specified, you will receive an SMS message with a code to open the door to the post office to the phone number you specified at the time of ordering.

Instructions for picking up your parcel at a post office

1. Once you have received an SMS/email message with a collection code, you can go and collect your goods.

Right to withdraw from the contract of sale

1.1.1 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason by notifying Kalvaite.lt using the contact details on the website. Please note that this right cannot be exercised by the Buyer if the Buyer concludes one of the contracts listed in Article 6.22810(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania concerning:

1.1.1.1.1. goods which are made to the Buyer's specifications or which are expressly tailored to the Buyer's personal requirements;

Exchange of goods

Goods can be exchanged if the colour, model, etc. are not suitable - in Lithuania within 14 days, in the European Union and other countries within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

  Goods of defective quality shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Replacement of Goods, approved by Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001".
